Applicants are required to attend the interview with the supporting documents, and indicate their select their preferred floor on the day.

Arrangement of
Signing Lease Agreement
After the applicant accepts the unit, we will arrange for the applicant to sign the lease agreement.

Application Methods
“TH-E” platform of transitional housing
(operated by Housing Bureau)
Applicants can choose to fill out and submit the application form on this platform or upload a completed application form.
After receiving the application form, the Housing Bureau will forward it to us for preliminary screening. Applicants will receive a notification and will be required to provide relevant supporting documents during the interview.

Applicant may submit the completed application form through any of the following means to the Housing Department (Transitional Housing Task Force)
- by post “P.O. Box 183, General Post Office, Housing Department Transitional Housing Task Force,” with the envelope labeled “Application for Transitional Housing.”
- by fax to 3565 4382;
- by email it to thapp@hb.gov.hk; or
- by submitting the application form to the collection box at the Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre or the Housing Department’s Cash Subsidy Office of the Housing Department (HD)
