The STEP are managed by ELCHK, which has a social work team dedicated to assisting residents with referrals and subsidy applications, as well as providing integrated social services to support the physical and mental well-being of residents, including caregiver support. In addition, The STEP offer vocational training and job matching, financial planning education, and opportunities for residents to explore various possibilities in life, enhance their employment skills, and pursue transformation.

We hope that each resident who moves into The STEP can experience transformation and change in their lives, such as expanding their personal network, learning about the gospel, improving their abilities, and enhancing their self-image. When they move out, they will have gained something valuable and smoothly transition to the next phase of their lives.
